DISCORD TERMS

bullet Sexual, or anti-social speech or behavior are not tolerated.
bullet Attachments with NSFW, Gore, Viruses, as an example, are not tolerated and will get you timed-out.
bullet Talking about real-life tragedies, e.g. 9/11, are not tolerated.
bullet Talking inhumanely, or without personality, is not tolerated. You are recommended to get help.
bullet Making fun of a person for any reason other than for doing an anti-rule action, is not tolerated.
bullet Spamming is not tolerated.
bullet Purposely attacking a person, to make them reach a negative mental health state, is not tolerated. Hand it over to a user of the EMPLOYEE role.
bullet Asking unnecessary questions to waste a person's time, is not tolerated. You will be warned.
bullet Immaturity will be responded to. This is not tolerated and you will be timed-out.
bullet Ask any user of the EMPLOYEE role any question, as long as it follows our terms.
bullet Talking about committing a crime, in real life, is not tolerated. You will be banned.
bullet Joining our server without reason, with no intention to create a social environment with other members, is highly unrecommended.
bullet Breaching our server by using an exploit, or using any role you were given with high permissions, is not tolerated. You will be permanently banned.
bullet Please do not refer or affiliate with revivals or groups that we specifically do not want to be affiliated with.
bullet Starting an argument is not tolerated. You will be timed-out, and we may go further into the case.
bullet Talking about any protected group, e.g. LGBTQ+, Religions, in any manner, is not tolerated. You will be warned, then timed-out, then permanently banned.
bullet If a user of the EMPLOYEE role leaks anything or breaks a rule, report it immediately to zqlaris.
bullet In-case of a server raid, do not panic, and leave the server. It should be restored by minimum 3 hours, maximum 2 days.

GLOBAL GAME TERMS

bullet Acknowledge ROBLOX's and the revival's Terms of Use.
bullet shape is not responsible for any destruction, or corruption of in-game data, and any data we may have collected.
bullet Do not create any place that uses copyrighted assets or any general mentions of shape or it's assets without proper authorization.
bullet Do not use any of shape's copyrighted assets without proper authorization in any way, shape, or form.
bullet Do not exploit the Z$ Economy System in any way, shape, or form.
bullet Harassment, slurs, doxxing, and targeted bullying are not tolerated.
bullet Swearing is permitted, but extreme targeted profanity is not tolerated.
bullet Exploiting, cheating, or attempting to alter game systems for advantage is not tolerated.
bullet Any attempt to corrupt or modify your in-game economic data is not tolerated and will result in disciplinary action.
bullet Compensation for legitimate data loss will exceed the amount lost.
bullet Private Chat and Team Chat are disabled for Administrator overlooking.
bullet Follow Administrator orders, unless they do not follow these strict rules.

BUSINESS PARTNER TERMS

bullet All partners must be treated respectfully in all communications.
bullet shape will not release negative statements about partners without confirmed evidence and prior discussion.
bullet Any confidential information exchanged with a partner must remain private.
bullet Partner logos, branding, and assets must only be used with written consent.
bullet Partner branding may not be altered without permission.
bullet Partners may request removal of their content from shape products at any time.
bullet All disputes will be handled privately through designated representatives.

COPYRIGHT & ASSET TERMS

Z$ ECONOMY TERMS

bullet No artificial inflation or deflation of Z$ without public notice.
bullet Z$ and membership benefits (Z_PLUS, Z_ULTRA, Z_INFINITY) must remain as advertised unless adjusted fairly for all.
bullet Z$ purchases are final unless a proven technical error occurs.
bullet Refund disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
bullet Z$ value is tied to revival economy and may change.

ADMINISTRATION TERMS

bullet All bans or suspensions will include a reason and an appeal process.
bullet Administrator abuse is prohibited; reports will be reviewed by a higher-ranking admin.
bullet Reports from players or partners will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
bullet shape reserves the right to update these rules at any time with public notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. This section explains how shape collects, uses, and protects your data.

IS MY DATA SAFE?

bullet Your in-game economic data Z$ is secure on the revival's database.
bullet If the data is ever corrupt, you will be rewarded with a bigger amount.
bullet We have systems to prevent people from trying to purposely corrupt their data.
bullet When your message gets filtered in chat, we send this information to our webhook: Your Username, Your UserId, The Raw Text of your Message, The Filtered Version of your Message, The Exact Raw Filtered Phrases by themselves, The ServerId, The GameId [the universe], The PlaceId [the exact place in the universe], Your Account Age, Your In-Game Team if you are on one, Your character's fetch url to get your avatar's clothing, accessories, and body colors, The BaseURL checking the revival's directory [website URL].
bullet This data is used for moderation and security in our games.
bullet Your data is safe with us, and if the data is found to be inappropriate, or against the revival's rules, your information here will be sent to the revival's administration team.
bullet If the data is found to be inappropriate, or against our terms, you will be banned for the coordinated time duration from all games [depends on how bad it is].
bullet Please know, swearing is allowed. Slurs are not.
bullet Private Chat is disabled, to keep discussions public and open to Administrators. No back-talking.
bullet Public Chat is enabled.
bullet Team Chat is disabled, for the same reason as Private Chat, but to be more sure as Administrators can be on other teams.
Follow the rules. Violating these rules may result in immediate deletion of your economic data in-game, a termination of your allowance to join our games and/or anything related to shape.
